Rules & Regulations (2025 - 26)

The enrolled students must follow these terms & conditions of KAILASH INSTITUTE. Failure to comply may result in disciplinary action.

1. Fee Payment

• Fees must be paid as per the brochure/website details.
• Payments can be made via cash or demand draft.
• Installment payment scheme requires additional charges.

2. Refund Policy

• Refunds are available within the first 5 days after batch/course commencement.
• ₹3000 processing fee will be deducted from refunds.
• Requests must be submitted in writing; verbal/email requests are not accepted.
• It will take 1-2 working days for the refund amount to get credited to student's account.

3. Change of Batch

• Batch changes are not allowed post-admission.
• Students should confirm schedules before joining.

4. ID Card

• ID cards are mandatory for class attendance.
• Loss of ID requires an FIR copy and ₹200 fee for reissue.

5. Study Material

• Provided only after full fee payment.
• Must not be sold or transferred to others.

6. General Conduct

• Students must maintain discipline on campus.
• Misconduct may result in expulsion.
